Thank you to our Year 2 footballers who represented the school so well at the local tournament today. They played their socks off and won every game except one which they drew. Well done.
Today Year 2 was visited by Christine who works for the charity Water Aid. She talked about the amazing work the charity does to help people around the world who have no access to clean water, safe toilets and hand washing facilities. The children made a 'Tippy Tap', which is used in African villages to wash their hands. Everyone had a go at using it. Here are some photos.
The children are looking forward to raising much needed funds for the charity to help those less fortunate than themselves on Wednesday at our cake bake sale. Any donations of cakes would be very much appreciated.
Dear Parents,
We thought you would like to see a few photos taken at the Infant Christmas party. They had a great time!
